Carol Martino has been licensed in real estate since 1978. She is the Broker/Owner of her company Realty World Martino Associates and Mortgage Co. She sells residential and commercial property and has been a loan agent for residential and income property sales. Carol also has experience in commercial leasing and the sale of business opportunities. Her office is located at 6114 La Salle Avenue, #185, Oakland, California.
Carol was chosen by Mayor Beverly Johnson to serve on the Housing Task Force committee representing income property owners in Alameda.
Carol is a member of Bay-East Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has served on Local Government Affairs committees and local business associations and Chambers of Commerce. Carol is also a member of the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County a commercial property owners group.
Carol holds a CRS-Certified Residential Specialist designation which only 4% of Realtors nationally hold this designation. The designation is received from higher education classes, years of experience in the business and total dollar amount transactions. Carol also hold a GRI ? Graduate Realtor Institute designation and recently received the e-PRO designation for higher technology skills.
